I have barely had the time to really get to know my new Noblerex K1, but I am already deeply and completely in love. Working out on it is something I am looking forward to each day as I wake up, and I have a wonderful 20-minute session before breakfast. And I relax with my head and shoulders on my Noblerex, using a shortened portable chaise longue to lie on and a thick pad for the surface of the Noblerex, for a brief shoulder massage before I head off to bed. I sometimes do an additional 10-minute workout in between.

Some of my least familiar muscles are sore - but it's a nice sort of sore.

I feel better already -- stronger, and far more flexible. Little aches and pains no longer bother me. And people all over the place have been telling me that I look really good, that I look younger, that I look better than they remember me, etc. I am sure it is at least partly the smile that is now almost always on my face. But in so many ways, investing in my Noblerex K1 has been a truly great decision.
